The hotel has a great location, perfect for sightseeing in central Paris and just minutes away from the famous Avenue des Champs-Elysees. The rooms were exceptional, modern, and tastefully decorated, offering a lovely bathroom with ample cupboard space. However, the rooms need renovation as they were rundown and unkept with several cleanliness issues.

If you're after affordable accommodation with a touch of Parisian charm, this hotel is a good choice. The room I stayed in felt a bit rundown and unkempt, but the balcony gave it that Parisian vibe I was looking for. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. However, the room needed some maintenance, and the dining selection was quite limited.
